- All types of physical exercise help activate the chakras, clear the aura, increase blood flow to all organs, releases dopamine - the 'happy' hormone, and so promotes vibrant health.
- CHI NADI- the moving meditation. Simple gentle movements and powerful breathing combined to increase mental clarity and mindfulness as they develop the chakras and nadis of the body, strenghtening energy flow and energy awareness.
