- A meridian is a pathway of energy along which are specific acupressure vessels located throughout the body. The meridians have been measured and mapped by modern technology.
- Meridians flow in one continuous unbroken channel, moving in a definite direction throughout the body. When this energy flow is unrestricted, the body harmonises and operates at optimim body function.
